Family counseling provides a supportive and transformative space where these challenges can be explored, understood, and addressed collaboratively. Join us on this journey to foster communication, build resilience, and cultivate healthier relationships within your family unit.
Therapy is usually once a week for about 50 minutes, but it’s not 50 minutes of waving a magic wand, and all the problems are fixed. A therapist does not spend the majority of time with your teen – you do. What if you were empowered to confidently build that relationship to help construct and shape your teens foundation?

Creating a safe space for this relationship to grow is key.

The human brain isn’t fully developed until the age 26, so while a teenager may put up a front that they do not need adults in their lives, they most certainly do. However, there must be trust for this to happen. Building a relationship takes trust, and cultivating trust builds a relationship. Let me help your teen build trust with you, and you trust in your teen, so we can empower them, together, to build that solid foundation.

Insurance and Costs

l
While I am in-network with many insurance companies, I no longer file claims with them. Sessions are paid for by clients as services are rendered, and clients are then sent monthly super-bills that they can submit to their insurance company to get reimbursed directly. Please ask more about this in your consultation call.

Self-Pay Rate: $180 for 60 Minutes, $150 for 45 minutes

If we start being honest about our pain, our anger, and our shortcomings instead of pretending they don’t exist, then maybe we’ll leave the world a better place than we found it.
