Walk & Talk Sessions
Walk & Talk sessions allow you to work through your concerns outdoors in Omaha and surrounding areas.
- Meet at a nearby park or trail and take your therapy sessions outside
- Great for busy and active clientele who want to lessen commute time

Comfort & Confidentiality
Because sessions take place outdoors—in spaces that are more public than a traditional office—she cannot guarantee complete confidentiality. If you happen to encounter someone you know during your walk, Laurie will follow your lead in deciding how to handle the situation. She will not initiate introductions and will disengage quickly from any unexpected interactions to maintain your privacy.
Your confidentiality is a top priority, and she will always respect your choices.
You are also encouraged to communicate openly about your comfort during the walk. If you ever need to stop and rest, Laurie will gladly adjust. The pace of the session is completely up to you and can be modified at any time to help you feel more at ease or to create more privacy.

Therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting in a chair under fluorescent lights. If you feel more yourself when you’re moving, breathing fresh air, and surrounded by nature—let’s go there!


Walking side by side can take the pressure off face-to-face conversations. Many people find it easier to open up—letting thoughts and feelings flow more naturally as they move.
